What currency will I be charged?
We are exclusively New Zealand owned and based, all transactions are also in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
What are your delivery charges?
Christchurch City: Christchurch City and all Christchurch suburbs
North Island Regions: Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu-Wanganui, Northland, Taranaki, Waikato, Wellington
South Island Regions: Canterbury, Marlborough, Nelson, Otago, Southland, Tasman, Westcoast

* Currently we do not ship to Waiheke, Chatham Islands & Stewart Island
How will I receive my items?
Your items will be sent via Track & Trace and cost will be included in the checkout process as per above. Courier charges may not apply depending on the total purchase amount.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be provided a bar-code number once your goods have been shipped, please allow some time to be emailed one by our carrier. Once the goods have been shipped
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
If you were not home when the courier came to deliver your items a card will be left in the letter box (or other safe place).
Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses?
As we use a courier service to deliver your order, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, and in addition we do not charge anything extra for your delivery.
Can I provide delivery instructions?
Yes, during the checkout process a comment box will appear for special delivery instructions. We will attempt to fulfill all special requests however some requests may not be possible.
